Including 6 Theaters for color correction and screening; 8 color correction bays, extensive editorial facilities, and technical support such as machine rooms, vault and engineering facilities. The program also includes office and conference facilities.

This facility provides extensive Client services and amenities, including a full commercial style kitchen for on demand meal services and a top floor dining lounge. A new interior connecting stair was added to enhance circulation, as well as to providing both a feature and unobstructed views to the Hollywood Sign. Extensive and detailed space planning was driven by physical and digital workflow, adjacencies, staff adjacencies, as well as physical and digital security concerns. Concern for intuitive wayfinding is always an issue within a densely planned editorial facility, as such daylight from, and views to the exterior have been captured by thoughtfully placed open areas and circulation layouts.
